When does my monthly box ship, and how do I track it?

All monthly editions are prepared during the first week of each month and ship out via tracked priority courier by the 10th. You will receive an automated email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is dispatched from our workshop.

How are the devotional and artisan pieces sourced?

Every artifact, textile, and study companion is handcrafted in partnership with fair-trade Christian artisans and ethical workshops. We ensure sustainable, heirloom-grade materials that honor both creator and craft.

What if an item arrives damaged or does not suit my home?

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every collection. If any piece arrives damaged or flawed during transit, simply notify our care team within 14 days and we will immediately send a complimentary replacement.

Can I gift a seasonal or monthly subscription to a loved one?

Yes. During checkout, you can select 'Gift Order' to include a personalized hand-lettered dedication card. You can designate whether the gift renews or automatically concludes after 3, 6, or 12 months.

When does my monthly box ship?

All monthly happy mail envelopes are prepared during the first weeks of each month and ship out via USPS by the 20th. We will post on our Instagram on the day that it is mailed out. USPS can take up to 10 working days to arrive. Let us know if your package doesn't arrive.

Can I pause, skip a month, or cancel my membership?

Yes, absolutely. You hold complete freedom over your subscription. Through your member portal, you can pause your deliveries, skip any upcoming month, or cancel anytime before your next renewal with zero penalties.

How is each month’s happy mail created?

Each Small Seeds of Faith collection is thoughtfully designed, printed, and assembled with care. Every month is centered around a Scripture or faith-filled theme, with each piece chosen or created to encourage you in your walk with Christ. What if something in my happy mail arrives damaged or is missing?

We want opening your Small Seeds of Faith envelope to feel like a little bit of joy in your mailbox. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or is accidentally missing from your monthly collection, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to make it right and send a replacement whenever possible.
